Reserving your moving day
We reserve moving dates by appointment and by phone. Office hours are 8-5, Monday through Friday. Call 540-271-1657 to reserve your moving date today.
A deposit of 20% for a local move is required to reserve your moving day. For out of state moving, 50% of the estimated cost of the move is required to reserve your moving day. If you cancel your reservation, we return your deposit minus $100 administrative fee.
If we pack, load and unload your belongings, we are responsible for the safety of your belongings. If you hire us just to load and unload your packed boxes, we cannot be responsible for the manner in which you packed your belongings.

How much will your move cost?
Our rates are super reasonable. We serve the nation and since we are centrally located in Virginia, we have quick access to West Virginia and the eastern United States.
We calculate the cost of your move by using a timer. The timer starts when the movers arrive at the loading location and continues until work is complete at the final destination. The final price includes time spent traveling between various locations. The trip charge accounts for time spent traveling to your location and back home again (for example, if we move your belongings across the country). Generally fully furnished rooms take 1.5 hours to clear. There may be additional charges for obstacles and variables such elevators, multiple flights of stairs or long walks between the truck and the front door. There may also be additional charges for assembly.
Do you move to storage locations?
Yes! We are happy to move some or all of your belonging to a storage location.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We prefer cash as your payment. However, we accept all major credit cards including: American Express, Diner Club International, Discover/Novus, Mastercard and Visa. You may also pay with a money order or a cashier’s check.
